In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

All financial transactions on the 377bet platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK.

• Deposits are credited to your 377bet account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds from your designated payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 377bet account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 377bet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity corruption in connection with markets available on 377bet.
• Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another individual during registration or KYC verification.

This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of 377bet.

Any unauthorized use of 377bet intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 377bet excludes all liability for the following:

Either party may terminate the user's 377bet account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Users may request account closure at any time by contacting 377bet customer support. Any real money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the user's verified payment account, subject to KYC completion and provided no active bonus wagering requirements are outstanding.
• 377bet may suspend or permanently close a user's account immediately and without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, or any other conduct determined to be harmful to the platform or other users.

When material changes are made, users will be notified via a prominent notice on the platform or by email to the address registered on their account, no less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.

Nothing in this section affects any mandatory consumer protection rights to which you may be entitled under the laws of your country of residence.
